Sponsorship deal for Didmarton 2009!

Didmarton Bluegrass Festival has received two very generous offers of sponsorship:

These instruments are played by many high flying guitarists and flatpicking luminaries worldwide. We are delighted to have Santa Cruz with a stall at the festival displaying their fantastic product range.

Audio manufacturer Audio-Technica also agreed to sponsor the festival by donating, a firm favourite for single mic performers, their famous Audio-Technica AT4033 Condenser Microphone. A revival of single mic technique for Bluegrass bands a few years ago soon identified the AT4033 microphone as one of the best tools for the job. It is used by many Bluegrass and Old Time bands all around the world. Its qualities have been proved impressively many times over on stage in live situations.

We are proud to have made these associations and of being able to offer the guitar and microphone as prizes in the Didmarton Bluegrass Festival 2009 Draw. Tickets will be available shortly priced at just £2.00 each. Additional prizes will include a free place (tuition fees only) for Sore Fingers Week 2010. There are several runner up prizes including free tickets for Didmarton 2010, CDs, musical goodies etc.
